When a person dies, his property needs to be distributed to his heirs.  Often, there is a person who takes control of the property and starts treating it as their own.  Sometimes, an Executor appointed by the Court starts to treat the property as their own.  Other heirs are denied their rights to the property.  In these cases, it is necessary that the heirs that have been denied their rights bring some action to secure their property rights.
